Free Trevor Bauer

Trevor Bauer,

At one point he was considered to be a top pitcher in the MLB. But he’s emotional.

Who can forget the time he got pissed at Terry Francona, for trying to pull him, he launched a baseball over the center field wall?

Or the media run he went, being critical of Commissioner Rob Manfred, and his handling of juiced and non-juiced balls as well, as Manfred's handling of COVID.

In February of 2021, Bauer inked a three-year deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The bad boys of baseball had struck again and brought in a guy that they allowed to continue his rise on YouTube and other social platforms, while still going out and being an absolute force on the mound.

Then just three months into his Dodger career, Bauer was met with some very disturbing allocations accusing of him taking “rough sex” too far, which resulted in a temporary restraining order against the then Dodger Pitcher.

Bauer was immediately met with a 324-game suspension from the MLB and Commissioner Rob Manfred. Many felt that the suspension was premature due to there being no conviction at the time.

I was one of those who was so stoked when Bauer became a Dodger, but when news broke of what he alleged assault, I lost all respect and felt the Dodgers couldn't move on from him fast enough.

Today, I sit here and recognize

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Bauer was truly the victim of a scam artist who had taken similar actions against a handful of other athletes.

Bauer, does have his issues and what he was accused of was truly disturbing, but after settling out of court, when his accuser recanted her statement and was proven to have lied under oath about the events that took place,

Bauer deserves a chance to be in the league.

Bauer was recently quoted on Theo Von’s podcast This Past Weekend stating, “I’ll play for the league minimum.”
